There is a F-45CE on Ebay... Is this guitar simalar to a F-50 without the fancy MOP?
Is a F-45 similar to a F-50?

No, they're not similar guitars.
The F-50 is a full jumbo with a 17" body. The F-45CE is a smaller 16" body guitar, not as deep as a regular acoustic, with a cutaway and built-in electronics.
There are several different versions of the F-45CE, so depending on the year it was made, the materials and other specs. may vary quite a bit.
