DC-1E Dating?

Hans has helped me out numerous times with Bluesbirds, but I have a different species I would like to date. It is a DC-1E BKHG with a serial number of AD110570. Thanks!

Hans; that is what I thought but I wasn't sure. It has the Fishman/Guild preamp that is Matrix style, but doesn't say Matrix. That suggested to me that this is an early one, along with the internal battery clip.
