Barry,

The guitars are gorgeous, but I really like that ceramic tile. Great kitchen too! :)

Thanks guys, Believe it or not that's not tile, its linoleum! I have to update my pictures as the acoustic electric Epiphone was sold to the GC. I've added a Taylor GS (rosewood/spruce) and a Martin D-16GT to my stable this year. The Martin was a gift from my wife for our anniversary. The kitchen had to be done over as the old original kitchen was way too small. Now we have tons of space to store the pizza boxes,

Thanks for Over the Rainbow.
You had a nice touch there although it could do with a re recording.

Benee, thank you. You must have the gift as I was just thinking about taking it off the site and redoing it! I've upgraded my recording chain a great deal. The GuitarPort is more for younger electric guitar players, but it was fun to play around with.

Great. Let us know when the new version is up.
If I may be so bold....change the guitar. Don't use the EPI's for it.

I was thinking about using the Guild or Martin for it. I'll post when the new version is up.

Thanks again,

Barry

To me(IMHO) most classic songs sound better when picked on a Guild.( like a D55) Songs such as, Over the Rainbow. Mabey a good arch-top could beat the full, balanced, rich sound, but it would most likely have to also be a Guild.

Great everyone, thank you, but is the rosewood on a 1970ish D-55 Brazilian or Indian rosewood?

Hello TBman,

It could be both but if you're talking about a 1978 model it most likely will be Indian rosewood. Show us a photo of the back and if it's a clear enough shot, I should be able to tell you what it is.

Sincerely,

Hans Moust
