Hi, everybody:

recently i plan to buy a 60s guild x175 or x500 .
i tried the x500 before and really like the tone.
i never tried x175 before . since it's cheaper (on ebay ,i saw there is X500 PREICED 2900USD, KIND OF EXPENSIVE TO ME..).
could someone tell is there big difference about the tone of these 2 guitars? Or it's about the same? thanks a lot!

There is a great description in Hans' book. The basic difference between the X-175 and X-500 is trim, otherwise they're the same box. A scratched up X-175 just went unsold on eBay for under $1000; there is an X-500 currently listed at a buy it now of $2,000 or best offer.
