Hey Don-meister, how about a delicious recipes post of its own?

Here's a favorite at our house:

Black Bean Salsa:

1 large or 2 small cans black beans, drained
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 red onion or bunch green onions, chopped
1 red pepper,chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
small handful of cilantro, chopped fine
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
juice from 2-3 limes
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
salt to taste
(a couple chopped jalapenos spices it right up if you like)

Black bean salsa....hmmmmmm. Great summer grill fare with chicken.

Marinate some chicken breasts, skinless / boneless with Italian salad dressing and lime juice.
Grill over med heat, serve with your favorite tomato salsa cut with peppercorn ranch salad dressing over mixed greens, crumbled tortilla chips, shredded cheese, black olives.

Serve with dreds' bean salsa.

Salud
