WHAT A RELIEF. The burst is the newest addition. Both i believe are 97's. Strangely, the differ in weight and playability. I've spent hours playing them side by side and have decided that the neck on one seems wider and flatter than the other. Not a bad thing, just different. Did guild use CNC routers etc, or did they do alot of "hand work" on these. Or perhaps were there different spec's? Either way, the Gas is gone - if not just for a little while.

Temporary GR indeed !!

Wouldn't a tobacco burst 'Birdie compliment that duo nicely !

An emerald green Blues '90 ?

And, I'm told that once you see a transparent black 'Birdie, you're smitten !

Enjoy your (brief) period of gas relief.

Hello bk913,

The sunburst guitar was made not long after the red one; early 1998 to be precise.

By the way, what's the number of the red one?

Sincerely,

hans, the red one is CL000556. Played em both all day again. Although i've set them up as similar as possible, they definitely play and feel different.
