REd & I recorded this two hour Paul Simon PBS production & watched it last night. 2 hours no commercial break.

A top rate show, you haven't lived till you hear Allison Krause & Jerry Douglas with his dobro do Graceland. Freaking magic.
Spotted several Guilds used in the performance.

It requires vigilance but PBS does play some nice stuff from time to time.

Thanks, Jeffmesiter, great stuff. I have a Paul Simon complete book, someday I'm going to learn "At The Zoo". I saw him and Artie in their reunion tour a couple years ago with the Everly Bros., it was quite a concert. They started out with a really rockin' version of "Hazy Shade of Winter" :D

Also saw Alison Krause and Union Station a few years ago, right after they made the movie "O Brother". It was magical, and Jerry Douglas was worth the ticket price all alone  Anybody who's anybody has Jerry Douglas playing Dobro on their album...

If you haven't seen the DVD "Down From The Mountain" yet, you gotta get it, its a live concert recorded at the Ryman - Emmylou, Alison, Gillian Welch and David Rawlings, Dr, Ralph Stanley, John Hartford, Jerry Douglas, Chris Thomas King... :D :D :D
