Interestingly the fret markers also look like those used on a Nightbird. The width of the lower bout looks a little smaller than the Guild Nightbird and Bluesbird models but certaintly the styles are similar.

This guitar will be the first major assault on the Les Paul since the Bluesbird. If Taylor thinks that there is room in the market, maybe it is time for Guild to dust off the old molds and tools and bring back the birdie before it is too late!

:evil: I hate Taylor guitars. What's the point when you can still buy used Guilds? Especially an electric!?! Nowhere near to as sweet as a Bluesbird, not to mention a Koa top? I hate Taylor guitars :twisted:
