harp bridge adjustment

I posted this over at the 'Pit, but thought I should ask here too.

Is there anything I should know about adjusting the various parts of the harp bridge? I'm going to put new strings on soon, and definitely want to adjust the intonation, but might want to adjust height as well. I've never worked with one of these before, so any hints, advice, warnings, etc. are much appreciated!
