I just watched a 5 part BBC thing on youtube about the Carpenter's.

I always liked Karen's voice, it seemed effortless and honest. Tragic loss.

I didn't realize how much Richard had going on behind the scenes with them.

Anyway, I'm struggling like Hades to "find my voice" still. All over the map, like a teen boy with his voice changing and breaking, not much fun. Anyway to hear Karen Carpenter and see her sing without apparent difficulty once again has me admiring you folks that play out in front of others.
