Reverb tank for Reverb Rocket is in.

Tech just called, after a 2 week wait the replacement reverb tank is in for my Ampeg RR. Amp'll be ready later on this eve or tomorrow morning.

YAY HOOO !!! RRRRRREVERRRB.!!! Big time!!

Holy Crap what a fun setup. Neighbors send the cops they sure won't be looking for a Grey Haired old Geezer making this noise !!!

Had her up to 5 just before sundown, just wails, had to quit before I could figure out much about how she works. Glorious big sound clean, big time Rock & Roll machine. Dirty it gets scary real quick.

Plugged the Boss Blues Driver in this evening & she distorts & screams like a banshee with the volume set on 1 or 2 & the gain maxed.

I feel like going downtown tomorrow & getting a tattoo & a couple piercings.

All you need is a Hoboken Starfire and it's like you're livin' in North Jersey!

I always wanted to play through one, but haven't had the opportunity.

Well .... as for tats, I'd suggest the G-Shield or the 'Roof' logo and don't forget the emory cloth underwear and the sleeveless leather vest (fishnet T an allowable substitute) .... Congrats Jeff ...

Exciting Jeff. Ampeg reverb is pretty spacey and cool. With so much interest in natural tube overdrive--something Ampeg was not famous for with this series of amps--these blue diamond tolex Ampegs are the most underrated amps out there. They sound so great. Have a ball!
