POD?

Anyone have any experience with any of the POD modeling devices? Seems like a rather cheap way to get some effects and such to play around with.

My buddy Dave uses one. A lot of church musicians use them too, rather than trying to balance levels with an amp.

Yeah, that was the "write an album in a month" challenge, so he took the easy way out.
He is a big boardgamer though. The album isn't his best work, but he was so rushed putting it together, he didn't have time to do a proper job of it.
