So you've most always been performing something huh?

Trying for years - sometimes very trying. I was an actor first, around age 19 (never went in for school plays) and acted for several years. Joined that folk band around 1978 (age 29) as a singer - which replaced acting for a while. Attempted to learn 2 or 3 chords so I could do solos at an open mic club in Bath and bought the Epiphone new. The band split up some 20 years ago and hardly picked up the guitar again until about 5 years ago. Bought the Guild in 2007 - and started acting again about the same time. Still trying to learn a 4th chord

In Philly, it's know as a "big-@$$ tambourine".

Then again, we're known for having a bunch of guys dress up in sequins and parade through town playing banjos, so what do I know?

Drum..tamborine...HEATHENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those Guinesses look tasty....
That looks like so much fun.

But I wonder how often someone gets poked in the eye with a fiddle bow .. especially after the Guinness glasses are empty.

Made me price some plane tickets to Dublin. A week long walkabout trying to find the best pint. 8)

Well you asked - I reckon this picture was just before I got the Epiphone. I'm second from the left...

This was taken just after I got the Epiphone - in a place in Wales that specialised in Western style riding and used to have a get-together (call 'the roundup') each summer for various events including barrell racing....
