Hi Kennie; back in my day as a medic with the rear guards, I saw some nasty stuff ... but nothing like that. :shock: It's easy for most of us to forget that there are people in harm's way who, asking so little from us, are willing to sacrifice themselves for our safety and security. Thank you for the reminder and may God save and protect them all. J

I'm not a God fearing man, but God bless the military of all of the civilized nations for doing what is asked of them.

I noticed that the US has now approved video of the fallen on their return home. We have that here as well as the Highways of Heroes where thousands of Canadians park their cars on overpasses and at the side of highways as the repatriation services take place.

Lest we not forget!
