Question for the more knowledgeable here..

So I am trying to learn a song via chord book (sorry guys-reading music, I might as well read greek..) and I see this chord.

So I go to the old GuitarChord app and can't find it. I do a search on the Internet and can't find it either.

Anyone know the fingering of this chord?

Yep, I've only seen the "O" mean "diminished" too.
