While over at Tinicum Guitar Barn the owner showed me a little Guild tube amp and wanted to know the model. It was 20T amp. These amps came with two different chassis designs. This particular amp has a premp chassis and a power amp chassis mounted to the bottom of the cabinet. It is in good shape and not a bad sample. However I never got to test it out. the speaker was replaced. This may be one of the univox imported amps that Guild offered. The amp model is often posted on a sticker that is attached to the 8 inch speaker. Price was reasonable at $250.

They also had a late model Thunder 1. In the description it says a 1966 model but based on the style this amp is a late 1968 or 1969 amp. They probably dated it from codes on the POTs. I would not be suprised to find Guild using existing inventory that may have been around for a few years. This particular amp would have a 10 inch speaker.

Why did you do that? You know I'm a sucker for anything with sparkles/speckles?
