Yeah it's me. :roll:
I hit some gravel on a 40 mph curve.
Bike has twisted forks. I have a broken hand, and road rash. Helmets are awesome and God is good. I missed several fence posts and barbwire.
No guitar for 6 weeks.....sux

I'm glad you're (almost) fine;
my first thought was: the last time my knee looked like that was when I was 8 … :shock:
Around here you have to wear a helmet driving a bike;
I'm very much used to my bycicle helmet.
Helmets make sense … even if we all hope never to use them!

I've crashed many a bicycle and never found my kneecap tho...haha
I don't have to wear a helmet, but I'm glad I did.

O.K so it was a bicycle not a motorcycle :shock: sometimes that's worst. A friend of mine fell while riding his bike while riding at night and actually had to have his shoulder replaced :shock: :shock: it's never been right since. Glad your o.k , well minus the broken hand.
