I take my ol' D-25M, it's been my camping guitar for decades. Of course, I keep it inside the trailer when I'm not using it, and I used to lock it in the car (only in the shade) when we tented. And I always wipe it down with a little spray wax before placing it back in the case.

Oh, and I avoid mosquito dope like the plague - it will attack the finish on your guitar, found this out the hard way. :(

Speaking of s'mores, that reminds me of the time we were making s'mores around the campfire with my wife's folks - my mother-in-law's marshmallow burst into flames, and instead of just blowing it out she started waving her stick back and forth; the flaming marshmallow skin came off, flew across the firepit, and landed on my forearm. :shock: I was not happy. Fortunately, my Guild was safely ion its case.
