It was a celebration of JP's birthday at a local pub last night, complete with an open mic. The opening band did a few Prine songs, by the time it got to me, most of the standards had already been done. That's OK, there's plenty more where that came from. I did "Living In The Future" and "Angel From Montgomery." The crowd wanted more, so I did "Flag Decal" and "The Accident." :D

Sure is fun when the crowd knows the songs and sings along. It helps when they've been drinking all night

Sounds like a good time and yes, a "well-watered" crowd can be a good thing.

Right up until they try to get on stage with you.
