Any duck hunters out there?

I led a field trip on Friday to see how the waterfowl migration was going. Here are just a few of the teal, scaup, and wigeons that are already here, and we've only just begun!

Impressive numbers will continue to build as the season progresses.

We blazed through Surrey in the rain early Friday morning and blazed back through more rain Friday afternoon to beat the border traffic.

*I was the only Guild owner onboard! :wink:

No sir, no duck hunters here. I think we were assaulted by redheads on this particular morning. Beautiful shot Joe. We just attended our DU banquet here and once again were "forced" to buy a silent auction item.......seems like it happens every year. This year it was a set of incredible anti-gravity reclining lawn chairs, camoed out with the DU emblem embroidered in gold in the back. The most awesome outdoor chair I've ever sat in. Paid too much, but that's how you get to take those pictures of hordes of ducks, and I hope you always will. Well worth the cost. Always put back more than you take.
