What's for dinner?

I know that in the context of this forum, the answer is Guild, but down on the creek a couple of hours ago, it was something different.



For this Great Blue Heron, dinner is a young cutthroat trout. He catches them in mid-leap as they come up the falls. He's good! :wink:

Well, it's not a mackerel, but they take a lot of surf perch in the estuary.
