I ran across these guys today. Kind of an interesting show, but no Guild content. Maybe we should start a campaign to get them to do a Guild show.

The Martin Episode (#2) is pretty cool.

Very cool Dave, thanks for posting. Would love to see some Guild comparisons - archback D-25 vs. flatback D-25, D-40 vs. D-50.

Thanks for posting that, Dave!! Some very valuable information and it's both educational and entertaining at the same time. I think it's a bit technical for me, and I'm not sure all human ears can discern some of the minutely subtle differences they speak of, but there's no doubt that the 1968 D-35 is an AMAZING sounding guitar. 8)

Thanks for bringing that one to our attention Dave. I really enjoyed that with my morning coffee here.
What a well done compare and contrast, Same fresh strings, Mics , etc. perfect. Great to actually 'see' the results as well.
I've purchased a new speaker system for my computer this weekend, and this was the perfect trial for it.
Sounds great. :D
You're right, It could be a good idea to have them trial the Guilds. Individually, and in comparison to other brands.

Glad ya'll enjoyed it. 8)

I think my D-35 is special, too. But that '68 had mojo, for sure.

There is just something magical about Brazilian Rosewood.
We tend to lust after things that are just out of reach.
