I'm watching the weather channel this morning to see what the conditions will be for a furniture delivery this morning and a field trip tomorrow. All the talk is about the lack of snow in the most of the country where it's expected by now.

Well, it's been here for a while now! My daughter took this photo with her phone on Wednesday.

On the road to Mt. Baker

Thirty miles up the road, 164" of snow has fallen since just before Thanksgiving (84" in the past 7 days) and skiing is reportedly "as good as it gets!"

Heck of a backyard! :D

Oh yes!

Here in Santiago, The Andes don't have any snow, just a little a bit, to be fair. Ok, it's probable because summer is almost here, but IIRC, years ago, you still could find a little of snow even in January. I mean, you always had the chance to see some snow over the mountains, not for skiing, but there it was. Now, not anymore. Global Warming?...

Thanks, Joe!

All the best,
B.
