I've got a Gibson "Gen 2 Chainsaw Case." Does it qualify?

This style of Peavey case for the "T" model guitars are molded plastic, but impressive. They have a "tongue and groove" type seal to them when closed. And when there was a fire at a storage place I was using to rehearse in, this style case were the only cases that didn't get smoke or water inside. Guitars I had in these cases were untouched.

There was this guitar size and the longer bass guitar size for the T-series basses. There was also a slightly smaller 3-latch guitar version that Strat shaped guitars can fit in.

That Calton case for your Starfire looks fabulous, Edwin! Nice. No question about protecting the bass with that beauty.

And it's purple! I've flown with it a number of times and no issues at all.

I believe it is an Ibenez case. I believe what's inside is this: (Not quite sure anymore!)

Sweet M-80 @The Guilds of Grot !!! Mine is a dark Tobacco Burst.

I admire your organization in the storage space. One of mine is almost as organized but the other is a bit of a jumble of cases. I like the idea of the white ID tags on the cases. I need to do the same.

I have an ANVIL IATA-approved case for stratocaster - it is at my warehouse - going there next sunday - w any luck I remember to take a snapshot of it.

Plus I have a modified Gibson Protectror II case for my 1957 Gibson LG2-3/4

All Guilds have "normal cases" - well - not all - two have no cases - but they stay at home.
