That is handsome, but why why why did they change out the pickups?
As @BradHK says, that price may be a little hot without original pickups.

I kind of sort of get why people like humbuckers, though I don't think I ever will. But I'll never understand why, with the gargantuan number of humbucker guitars around, so many cool single coil guitars had to suffer this cruel fate.
I love humbuckers, but man… if you want humbuckers then get a humbucker guitar.

Then again I was young and dumb once and brought my S300AD into a shop for them to mount a Floyd Rose.

Strange they don't say what pick ups they are... Nothing wrong in liking humbuckers more than others for me ; seller would be the kind that loves them best.
Agree that 4400 dollars would be too much. Collector's price for a non collectors' item (?)
Might be a very good guitar though : great likely between 2800 and 3200 IMO (wouldn't really want a non all solid Archtop - but I can imagine they're probably excellent though -)... :sick: :unsure: 😊
