I check into a well known (but not very conspicuous) repairs store in NYC every now and then. Pricey but very dependable.
Today the owner showed me a vintage 12 strings Guild he just picked up. He doesn't know much about it and I don't either. He told me the bridge has been re-glued (well) and that it should be a 1966. It has the original hardshell case. Their website hasn't been updated in ages so I don't have a link to post, but I'll be happy to share their contact if anyone is interested.
