I have a 1999 Starfire II and am wanting to replace the tailpiece with the Guild Bigsby for hollowbodies available on the Guild site once it is back in stock. It appears this would be a compatible modification, but I'm uncertain. Anyone know for sure one way or the other? Thanks for your input!

Hi, Blake - Welcome to the forum!
I recall several threads here where members stated that the Newark Street Guildsby's screw mounting holes on the end do not match up exactly with the U.S.-made Starfires. Although it would require you to drill new holes, I have no doubt that one would still function correctly, since they are roughly similar in size dimensions.
Perhaps others will chime in with more exact information.
