Pretty cherry/maroon.Sparrow pickups I think ..like the early 335 sound lovely. The previous owner called her Scarlet, I will too. It had the split tailpiece , longer side on 3 higher strings, shorter on 3 lower strings.. This electric stuff is a bit different, so that's good right? It's got to help keep my brain young, why else would I do it? No not that!......unless......Naah. Anyway it wasn't planned so does that make it an accident? Nooo these are such nice guitars that one pops up at less than three and a half bills, with a hard case.....I'm so weak. :) I think its every bit as nice as a 335, really..at 10% of the price. Again :D Steffan

What letter does the serial number begin with? Mine was a similar vintage, made at Peerless. With a real Bigsby added by the seller. I was tempted to swap out the p/us, but held off. It felt and played more like my '66 ES-335 than any other semihollow I've tried. Which is really high praise for a MIK guitar. Ended up trading it to indulge other guitar curiosities. I hope you enjoy this pretty guitar.

R its a peerless factory built one too. They did great work, I thought these were hollow, but this has the centerblock, its a little heavy, maple body, maybe its the Casino that is the hollow body, this sounds as good as an335, and is set up perfectly. just a joy to play. Sorry yours went MIA MD. Steffan
