Long ago, I was a "dorm parent" at a troubled youth camp in NH.
It was a tough gig and wasn't really ready for this kind of job, I had to live their a week at a time etc, it was interesting to say the least...

That being said, one night, after dinner, we all went outside to shoot some hoops and at the end of the driveway, towards the woods (this camp was in mountains outside of Plymouth) stood two giant moose. One was the momma, other was its child, but it was also, huge. Antlers, the whole works. The kids were rolling apples to them...the "kid" would eat them, the momma just stood and stared. Then they left.

Antlers, the whole works. The kids were rolling apples to them...the "kid" would eat them, the momma just stood and stared. Then they left.
