Dunno. An approach to this problem can be a search (I use Google) on the name of the site or company, followed by "fraud" or "scam" or "sucks".

When I did, I got one hit on the Fender Discussion Page that said
I am posting this on all the major forums here in case people only check a certain topic.

While searching for deals I came across 'The Find' retailer search engine. From there I found a business that was selling Fenders and other gear at super low prices. It was too good to be true and I got suspicious. With a name like Brands Shop For All it has to be a scam.
Link: http://brandsshop4all.com
Their link to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) didn't work. All unsecured billing links referred to different companies. The local (Houston, TX) BBB has no record on them. Their phone and fax numbers don't work and they appear on 'The Find' several times under different company names with different prices for the same merchandise.
Here is a link to the BBB's 'F' rating and all the alias names they are useing.

Scroll to the bottom and see the reason for the rating. I know it says it's a garden company but it's just another alias.
I could really go on with the blatant hack job the company did at not trying to cover their tracks. I wrote to the 'The Find' and the local BBB and so far it's ongoing.

This is not a dig at 'The Find' and I'm sure they were not aware.

This company is a bad news, Do not attempt to even contact them. I did and my PC was riddled with spyware. I'm just passing this along in case anyone finds them and thinks they're getting the deal of the year.
I did my own sleuthing. I love my money and I always look into companies before I buy.

This is a link to Google's cache of the page. (Scroll down for the post). It appears that the post was either deleted from FDP or I cannot view it without being a member.

I would take the poster's comments with a shaker of salt. In particular I find his claim about "riddled with spyware" to be unverifiable and different from my experience with the site.

I also note that they say
Our company has been rapidly expanding its business by buying unsold units in bulk from other developers that are struggling with weak sales and tight financing, and reselling them to our customers at big discounts

Given our understanding of what happened to production from Corona and Tacoma, it could very well be that these are some of the folks who bought that production and are now unloading it.

If the price is right and New, Old Stock, or whatever we should be calling "new" Guilds that did not come from New Hartford, works for you then it might be worth digging deeper. A search on the phone number or just calling it might be a good start.

But since they claim to be a Jewelry store and a Garden Equipment store, are you sure you want to buy a guitar from them? Kind of like buying a Gibson at Best Buy

Understood. I guess I'm just hoping somebody will post that these guys are a combination of Tinkerbell and Santa, 100% legit, personally endorsed by the Pope and known to be gracious, generous gentlemen.

That ain't gonna happen.

My sense is that they are a liquidator. They probably started out as a jewelry store 15 years ago but have branched out into selling anything they can get their hands on. If they were as bad as the FDP poster claims then there would probably be more evidence of that on line. Still being a liquidator is kind of like being a used car salesman. Regardless of how honest and ethical you personally are, you are tainted by a profession that has a somewhat sleazy reputation.
