Bigsby b 5 on a bluesbird...

Would it be possible to install bigsby B 5 on a reissue Newark Bluesbird ? Evt. with a vibramate ?

I don't think the B5 was meant for carved (curved) tops.

I 've seen pics of a b5 on a LP. Of course this does not prove that that it is a good match !

I could always go for a Duesenberg trem I guess...I suppose this guitar is not chambered to a degree that the top is to weak to handle the movements of this trem...

i have the Guildsby that goes on a Starfire-3, installed on my Nightingale. the guitar was built for it though (neck angle). good luck!
