Surprised this is still here. Westerly model seems in OK shape besides the small crack.

If it was in the UK, I'd snap it up. But the cost of getting a guitar from the US to where I live (in the UK) or - even worse - to mainland Europe, makes a lot of US guitars prohibitively expensive for we non-North Americans!

Insured shipping, Value Added Tax (VAT), import duty, etc., add about 40% extra to the actual price paid for the piece. US guitar players (which includes the mass of subscribers to this forum) are very lucky people when it comes to buying quality US instruments.

Are there any UK (or European) Guild-players out there who agree with me?

I do indeed Johnny - my D35 cost me £850, then another £75 setting up and swapping nut saddle and pins for bone
