I’m seeking information and or back-story on a Guild D25, the serial number of which does not seem to be supported by the “Date Your Guitar” pages of the Guild website.
The interior body label states “D-25 NT”, serial number AD250030, made in Westerly, Rhode Island. The headstock includes what appears to be an inlaid Guild logo along with “D25 25th Anniversary”. It appears to have a (blonde) spruce top and a slightly arched back. The finish is high gloss. Unlike other D25s’ I’ve seen, the tuner hardware is a gold finish.
I’m eager to know more about this model… quality, production quantity, etc. and would be grateful for any insight that can be shared.
Thanks.
