When I was studying at Acadia University, Nova Scotia, celebrated two Thanksgivings at my Canadian cousin's house. Other Yanks at the U also celebrated on campus (or nearby) even though only the Canadian Thanksgiving meant no classes.

Thanks for the good wishes, neighbours.
Relatives from Europe returned home yesterday after an extended visit, giving Thanksgiving extra meaning this year!
My wife & I will likely order a pizza, open a bottle of wine, and watch some trashy TV!
