"Gone But Not Forgotten" Fixed.

Some of you have (rightfully) complained to me of an inconsistency where some users that have passed didn't have "Gone But Not Forgotten" as a status while others did. The root of this was that the previous owner changed both the User Title and added a "badge" while I only changed the User Title. Like so:

I had considered my way the "right" way but it confused a lot of people. Frono and I had a recent repeat conversation about this and he asked if maybe there was some way to automate it so they were all the same. As I was preparing my "the software doesn't work that way" response I double checked and found that the software not only DOES work that way, but it has a switch specifically for this. Thus, now everyone in the "Gone But Not Forgotten" group looks the same:
