I know there are other LTGers that own this model. Can you do me a favor????

I've owned 3 of them and sold 2. I sold 1 to a friend who turned out to not be a friend. The other I had to sell to cover some expenses.

The two I sold both had the black, alligator look HSC. Nice cases and both were the same. The one I have now is the deep brown tolex with a yellowish type pl;ush interior. It has a nice metal Custom Shop plate screwed/riveted to the outside of the case. I'm not surwe which case typwe is correct for that model or if Guild offered 2 different type cases. The current deep brown tolex case seems to be the better case in my opinion.

Can somebody else tell me what their case looks like for their 60th Anniversary Guild???

That is the description of Mrs. Fro's case.

Crappy, out of focus in a hurry cell phone.

From the left a NH F30 Traditional in original case, the 60th in its case and a '67 Starfire bass in a late 70's cases.

The F30 and 60th were both purchased new and those are the cases that were included. Obviously either guitar will fit the other case but the 60th case is clearly the nicer case.

Love that case. Glad that's the one you have, Richard. I suspect your other ones should've had that case.

I think it's cool you all leave your Guilds in a case.

Did Guild have a 70th Anniversary model or celebration made/held ? Don't know exactly when, but I think first Guild guitar ever, was produced in early 1953 wasn't it ?

No, due to the selling process of CMG to YGG unfortunatelly CMG management forgot about this as it looks...

Yup, I was thinking about that. 75th anniv. will certainly be a big one! Or, should I say, I hope it'll be a big one!

Slight vere to @richardp69 , when I got my NH F47R during the "fire sale," it came with a case, green lining, that I did not think fit it...guitar seemed to me to be too deep for the case. Our friend Carl brough out another from his back room, a decidedly "lesser" case, but fit the guitar perfectly and thats what I went off with (red lining, molded plastic handle). A tag on the case labeled it as for a CO-1! It must have been sitting on his shelf for a long time! I bring this up to back up Frono's comment that his two F30's won't fit in the same case.

That yellow lining is quite stunning!
