If anyone wants to know about the misalignment.. it is only the bridge pickup that is so slightly off you would have to be told that is off. I am on my second one and it really is a fantastic instrument. I mY attempt to move the pickup over if when I remove the ring and there are no marks from it that will show from the original position. I have measured it up and an 8th of inch would put in perfect alignment..then again I may just leave it alone . I can say that I will not make the mistake of getting rid of this guitar again, when I sold the first one it was under protest ,and I never stopped wanting another.

Actually the neck is misaliged relative to the strings on all of them as far as I know (neck pocket wrongly routed on body), I think the tailpiece was correctly centered to the body. EDIT: And as Default noted, the neck pickup pocket was also routed off center.

I liked mine, except the centerline of the guitar was off. I hope you got a good deal.

On mine, the neck pocket and neck pup routes. I probably could have sent it to Fix it and he would have reset the neck and worked his magic, but I couldn't dump more money into an already premium priced guitar.

Is the alignment issue only with the GSR Aristocrats or does this issue also exist with the American Patriarch Aristocrats?

Only the GSR M-75, the American Patriarch was perfect!

I keep seeing the neck pocket and tail pc. On mine the neck ,neck pickup and tail pc are perfect. Only the bridge pup is about an 8th of an inch off
But I can't imagine that mine would be different than others.
