A friend had that Madiera LP Junior/Special hybrid. Oh, it was an awful guitar. I think he only owned it a couple weeks.

Noticed that the author somehow had the idea that the '63 Polara had the 6 in line headstock instead of the asymmetrical one as evidenced by the photo
and later in the text. Also I believe the "'66" Thunderbird in the photo would be a '67 or '68.

Michael Wright is pretty enthusiastic, but his attention to detail isn't what it should be. But, at the time, it was pretty much the only content available.
