Maybe I can get some help here.
I’m in the process of juggling the 4-5 acoustics I use for work.
Although I’ve owned many different types and models, I’ve never had a jumbo Gibson type J-200. Of the ones I have played in stores, to my ear, the rosewood model was the only one to impress me.
With this said, I’ve seen comparisons with I believe is the Guild F-55E. I’d honestly rather go Guild but in my area, even with all the shops we have, nobody has one in stock. I’ve seen 2 videos on you tube and with me I’d really want the chance to play it before making a major investment.
Any F-55E owners out there and any thoughts or comments how they stack up against the J-200 Gibson offers.
