Been watching vids from CME’s private collection for a while. Nathaniel is just a joy to watch play as he really goes for playing not just guitar parts, but rhythm, solo, vocal melody, counter melodies, percussive, bass…the whole kitchen sink, all in a sensible way (to him) that comes off clean and precise (and while busy) while still sounding relaxed and enjoyable overall.

If I ever make it back to Chicago, I definitely want to walk in the Exchange, ask for Nathaniel, and remind him he said I could play this….(and boy do I ever want an hour w/ this rare bird!!!)
