Will the Seth Lover SH-55's fit without modifacation?

Ditto. In short, they'll fit the cutouts for anything with standard Gibson style humbuckers. The only thing you might run across in such an application is bottoming out; the legs through which the height adjust screws thread are fairly long. That can be gotten around though. I've taken needlnose pliers and curled the tabs up 180 degrees, then clipped the adjust screws a little shorter so they don't bottom out on the tabs.
