No truss rod cover, so definitely not USA manufacture. So far as I'm aware, all Westerly solid back and sides instruments have the Chesterfield, so I'm thinking GAD

Yes, second generation GAD D-125CE CH with 1 3/4" nut width, introduced at NAMM 2013 and discontinued after FMIC sold Guild to CMG.The Cherry version looks to be spot on
