I just witnessed a great magic trick!

I was looking at the local TV station's classifieds on the internet today and there was a new add, less than an hour old, for a 90's DV4 for $300.00!!!
The add said that the guitar was in great shape with a few minor scratches on it.

The owner lives about 75 miles away so I didn't think too much about it at the time.
A few hours later, I thought that I would call to see what shape it was in, so I went back to see the add again and the add was gone.
Usually there is a sold sign over the add, if it has sold but that wasn't the case here.
It was totally gone-erased-diapered!

I don't know if someone was playing a game, or if a mad wife posted the add or what.
Guess I'll never know now.

I think that I will go with the "If it sounds too good to be true!" adage on this one.

Ya, there was a M20 on CL for $400 that onewilyfool and I were looking at. Seller never responded to either one of us. Either someone was fishing for something, or else they sold it right away, or maybe someone wised them up in a hurry.
