Love the headstock! I have the 12-string version of this -- not bad, but they didn't lay a glove on the real thing. I'd never heard that Guild filed a lawsuit, though supposedly Martin did. (They did a Martin copy around the same time as the Guild, with "Takamine, Established 1968(?)" in the famous Martin script.)
