Just ordered one on reverb

Matches my F4CE-NT acoustic electric, feels like no other guitar I've owned.
Can't wait for it get here, plus I too am born and built in Westerly. Lol

String advice?

Thanks

Also own a JS2 bass '71

Welcome.

To veer does your JSII have a label on the back of the control cavity? Mine doesn't and Hans has said that happened with some of the early '71's.

i had a senior moment. the js2 was sold to me as a '71, but serial number puts in '73. either way there is no label. has copper shielding on the back of the cavity and on the back of cavity cover.

I really liked my B4ce and hope you will too. Past tense since I gave it to a family member. I was only using it as an acoustic and I had an opportunity to get a B50 which has much better projection as a pure acoustic. But if I could only have one amplified bass I would have kept it because it was pretty versatile.
