Thanks for posting.

Would have been nice if they'd given more details about the guitars...

Anyone know what model JD's first Guild 12 string was? Doesn't have a Chesterfield inlay on the headstock, so I'm not sure if it's a F212XL....has the size/depth and the mahogany of one of those brutes. It's the same guitar that's pictured on the album cover, Poems, Prayers And Promises which I think I still have....buried in the garage.

I often wondered the same thing. The answer is Hans' book - it's an F412 Special. It's also on the cover of the Rhymes & Reasons album.
