Hi all,

There's an F20 in the FS/FT column that has a different label in the soundhole to what I would expect. Instead of a big "Guild" logo, it has "Guarantee". Were the Guild labels different over the years they were made in Westerly ?

Cheers, Ian

Well, you must need a copy of Hans Moust's "the Guild Guitar Book."
Pages 28-29 are all about the evolution of Guild labels between '52-'77.
The book is, after all, our go-to bible! When in doubt, we go to the bible or send an SOS to Hans. He's out there somewhere.

Welcome, by the way,
Joe

I know, but I was waiting for the expanded second edition. I have just found out over the last couple of days that it is going to be a second volume. Perhaps there will be a signed and numbered limited edition hardbound 2 volume set ? ( That's the LP collector side in me coming out there....)
