Cougar, the OP of this thread is the seller.

The guitar looks good as does the price. Good action and saddle. Good pictures. As Cougar mentions my biggest question would be to get a picture of the neck angle, and or saddle + bridge height.
Lay a (preferably) 2 ft straight edge down the neck between the strings, slide it towards the wooden bridge and photo where it meets. At the top or slightly above is fine, down into the bridge at 1/8 inch could mean neck reset time.
You also have to measure the total height of the bridge and remaining saddle - ideally 1/2 inch but 3/8 is generally the acceptable minimum. Below that could mean the saddle is too low, or the bridge was shaved to delay a neck reset.
As with yours, if I know the action and saddle are good, then I’d probably just accept a total bridge and saddle height measurement if the neck angle was too confusing for the seller.
Winter is also the worst time of year to buy or sell a guitar. I will never sell a guitar when the temps anywhere in the country are below 32. Higher risk of finish damage. Some people don’t buy in the winter unless it is fairly rare and/or a steal. Sales should pick up once spring arrives.
Whatever you list the guitar for, even on sale, people will always try to bargain. They want a steal. Psych 101 says to raise the price so you can take 20% off ( after sale and offer) and still pay Reverb+Paypal 9-10% in fees. Do not short change yourself on shipping and insurance or you’ll eat that too.
