Looking for a specific Guild case - C4526

I own a great Guild X-170 from 1999, but I dont have the original hardshell case that fits this size. And they dont make the model any longer..
I have not been able to locate one of the correct cases for this (C4526), anyone know where i could find one, used or new?

TKL was the Original Equipment Manufacturer for those cases, you might try contacting them, I'm guessing they'd be able to tell you if it's still available as a generic case. In fact, since Guild's getting back into the electric business, TKL might already be making the case again for them, not sure if the case for the GSR T500 might fill the bill or not.

I don't think Guild's offering the cases "standalone" though.

I know Elderly Instruments carries a large range of what they call "Canadian made" cases (basically TKL cases from the manufacturer without the TKL badge.) You might call them and see if they can match up a case.

I just got such a case (not from Elderly, however) for a 1956 CE-100, and it fits very nicely and appears to be a good quality case. The manufacturer is "Elite", they are made in Canada, and they are carried by Elderly Music. The following link will bring up all of the models and you can go through them to see if any of them fit the bill. The one I got was the "small f" model. It fits a lower bout of ~16 inches, and fits my 16 3/8 inch CE-100 very well. Good luck!
