Hi gang, I've looked locally, contacted Guild/Cordoba, looked to Stewart Macdonald, Luthier's Mercantile, AllParts, theguitarmechanic.com and of course, eBay. I cannot find silver inserts or knobs to replace mine for my 1997 Starfire II (photo below)

Please note:
  1. 18 spline
  2. No 'volume' or 'tone' words
  3. Numbered 0-10
Anyone got any ideas where to get replacements? Thanks!

Good chance Hans will be able to help you. I too have a ‘97 Starfire, and one day I opened the case to find one of the knob inserts missing. Luckily, I found it during a thorough search, so now I’m always on the alert!

Excellent idea. What tool did you use to remove the insert? An X-acto knife? Thanks!
Something along those lines. Obviously the ease with which the inserts can be removed can vary, which could result in slight damage to the insert. If the insert does not come off easily, I suspect that the application of a little heat might help by softening the glue:unsure:

FYI: I've found that the Guild logos on the knobs of my 2014 NS M-75 Aristocrat have worn off very easily. I bought replacements, and I'm going to spray some clear coat over these ones to prevent that happening again.

You may want to do this as well to preserve the logos.
